Wire Drawing
New Global India delivers excellence with a modern cold forging setup of 10,000 tons per annum capacity.
Our in-house Spherodise Annealing & Wire-Drawing facility produces defect-free CHQ steel wires up to 32 mm diameter, with a capacity of 45,000 MT annually. Automated controls ensure superior machinability, ductility, and a fine surface finish in every product.
Cold Forging & Threading
New Global India operates from a 24,200 sq. yards (20,234 sq. meters) facility, equipped with advanced cold forging setups including Six-Station Part Formers, Multi-Station Bolt & Nut Formers, One Die Two Blow Headers, and Trimmers, covering a complete range from M3 to M24.
Our Thread Rolling section houses 48 Flat and Circular Die Machines, ensuring precision and consistency in every product.
Heat Treatment
For Heat Treatment, it has automatic continuous mesh belt hardening and tempering frnace with controlled atmosphere along with Rotary furnace.
Plating
New Global India has an in-house surface treatment division equipped with hydrogen de-embrittlement ovens, along with advanced facilities for black oxidizing and phosphating.
